The former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member loves a good throwback pic, but seldom do we see an old snap and a current one paired together.
We’re not sure what inspired the mom of six to share the two-part photo, but we’re glad she did!
Kimmie may still have her well-known blonde hair in both photos and we love that she’s posing in the exact same fashion (props for that sweet side-lean!) but the similarities pretty much end there.

Kim’s eyes today are much bigger than they were nearly a decade and a half ago, but that probably has something to do with those fake eyelashes she loves to sport so much.
Her nose is completely different, and even though the Don’t Be Tardy star has repeatedly and vehemently denied getting any work done on her face (she’s open about her other plastic surgery) we’re finding that increasingly tough to believe. After all, her 18-year-old daughter Brielle did just get lip injections.
When Mrs. Biermann was a guest on Watch What Happens Live back in August, even host Andy Cohen was insistent something was different about her mug. He theorized she was wearing glasses “to take away from the fact that you have had a little bit shaved off your nose.”
Kim explained her face had changed as a result of having four children in three years, but Andy wasn’t buying it. “I don’t know why you would deny it, I will say that,” he relented. “But yet you are a lady that loves a hyperbole and an oxymoron.”
Surgery or not, Kim is still a stunner!
